Hi there! I’m Annmarie Pickering, your friendly neighborhood Realtor serving O'Fallon, Belleville, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, Swansea, Mascoutah, Millstadt, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Troy, Highland, Caseyville, Centerville, Granite City, Alton, East St. Louis, and pretty much anywhere in the Metro East Illinois area you want to call home.

I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes since 2017 — and I honestly love every minute of it. I became a Realtor because nothing makes me happier than helping people reach that American Dream of homeownership (plus, who doesn’t love peeking at gorgeous houses and stunning interior design?).

One of my favorite things about this area is that it’s the best mix of small-town charm and big-town perks. We’ve got cozy local shops, convenient big box stores, a buzzing entertainment and theater scene — and you’re never far from an interstate or the airport if adventure calls.

When I’m not out showing homes or handing over keys, you’ll probably find me coaching my amazing vocal students or making music myself. Watching people grow — whether it’s hitting that high note or closing on their dream home — is what keeps me inspired every day.
